Millicent is a nonprofit leader with a deep commitment to equity and social justice, and a strong track record of helping organizations, leaders, and teams take personal responsibility while empowering the communities they serve, in order to effect meaningful change.

She is an experienced organizational development consultant, influential leader in human resource and engagement practices, DEI facilitator, nonprofit manager, board developer, teambuilder, trainer, thought-leader and writer, educator, and activist focused on root causes, structural change, and long-term sustainability. Millicent’s passion projects include working for reproductive rights, building volunteer networks, and advocating for personal responsibility in environmental matters. An enthusiastic world traveler, her goal is to visit the remaining 15 US states and 3 continents that are yet to be crossed off her travel list.
